Rat and other unwanted pest removal takes on average 7-10 days to complete. Factors that impact this timeline include: The size of the infestation. The size of the area damaged. The extent of the damage and need for additional work to secure your property. Scheduling and availability of the client.
Do I really need to remove my insulation?
In most cases, you will not have to remove your insulation. First choice treats your damaged insulation and wooden struts with a decontaminating mist to neutralize any illness-causing bacteria. In rare cases, the damage is so severe that insulation must be removed.
